If you're seeing that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, don't worry just yet! Sometimes there can be a small delay, so we suggest giving it 24 hours. 

If it still hasn't shown up after that, just get in touch with the carrier to open a research file. They'll help track down your package and get it to you as soon as possible!
